Turner and Natalie helped us during our visit, and both were wonderful. Our chef was amazing — very kind, entertaining, and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with a rustic feel, almost like finding a little hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Japan. The restaurant was overall clean, though I do think it could benefit from a few updates to give it a fresher, brighter feel. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Kobe Japanese Steakhouse.
Been going to Kobe for 20 years now. Wife and I visit hibachi spots all over in major metro locations and we think Kobe in LFK has the best fried rice, salad and ginger sauce of any we have had. Unique sherbet offering post meal sets it apart as well. 10/10
I ordered food to be delivered.... First mistake. They accepted the order and my dasher heads to the restaurant. It takes the Dasher 15 minutes to finish their previous order and make it to the restaurant. They haven't even started my food... That's fine. Another 30 minutes goes by. I asked for an update, it's going to be 15 more minutes. 15 minutes later I get a notification at the restaurant is requesting more time. At this point it's ridiculous. After over an hour they finally fulfill my order. It arrives cold, bland, and looks like it was haphazardly thrown together. Whatever at this point it's nearly 9:00 p.m. so we eat and get ready for bed. Three hours later we are sick as a dog throwing up. Coincidence? Food poisoning? Either way the food was incredibly disappointing, the service was not existent, and for the price I should have just got out of the house and drove out of town for dinner.
